EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

You can exchange the items you received within 14 days of their delivery.
Fill in the exchange/ return form that you will find in the package or print it from here. The item you wish to return must be accompanied by the completed exchange/ return form along with the payment receipt or invoice.

Call Speedex to proceed with the exchange/ return. You can contact us by calling +302521058206 or sending an email at info@americanino30.gr, if you want to place an exchange order so you do not miss the new item you are interested in. If you want to exchange an item for the second time, you will be charged with €3 for the new shipment.

If the new item is of greater value than the item you return, you will have to pay the difference by cash on delivery (€2 extra charge) or by bank transfer.

Returns of items are charged to the customer. If you have paid for your order by cash on delivery or by bank transfer, fill in the IBAN of your account and the name of the beneficiary in the product return form. Exchanges and returns can also be made at the store. If the new item is of lesser value, the difference will be deposited free of charge at the following banks: ALPHA BANK/ ATTICA BANK/ NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE and with an extra charge of €3 at any other bank. The IBAN must be noted on the exchange/ return form. Any refunds are made in the same way as you paid for your order.

ATTENTION: The items you return must be unused, with the tags still on, and in their original packaging undamaged. All items go through quality control to confirm that they are in excellent condition before shipment. In the rare case of a defective item, please contact us by calling (+30) 2521058206 or by sending an email at info@americanino30.gr.
