“Order Confirmation” does not guarantee the availability of the respective product. Your order represents a purchase offer, and the acceptance of an order does not legally imply its fulfillment. The order is successfully completed when you receive the “Shipping Confirmation” email. With the “Shipping Confirmation” you receive a unique “tracking code” which allows you to check the status of your order via the Speedex website under “Track and Trace”. Although we make every effort to process and fulfill all orders submitted to us, exceptional circumstances may arise, for example if a product is not available or a factory defect is found during the preparation of the order. In that case, we contact you as soon as possible, either by phone or by e-mail, and refund the value of the unavailable item.
